I'm so happy that this is my last day of school before break :-) I have an anatomy test, I've been studying since last week and last night I put a good 8 hours straight (no lie) into it. I'm feeling pretty confident...but I know I'm going to forgot the muscle physiology, mainly because I've been stressing about it so much. let me see if I can remember those 7 steps...

Muscle contraction:

1. Lower motor neurons realeses acetlycholine and attache to synoptic cleft.
2. Sodium ion channels open to get more positive
3. dominoe effect-More Na+ open to get more positive.
4. The positiveness opens sytoplasmic articulum, calcium ions go into cytoplasm.
5. calcium attaches to troponin C
6. Troponin stops hiding myosine
7. ATP splits, letting mysoine in-until no ATP is left.

YEYE! It only took me forever to learn that!..watch me forget it all by 530 when I take the test. pretty amazing how it takes all those 7 steps just to flex a muscle.

After the test i am taking my mom to the lab to help me study my disected cat, for the muscle test in 2 weeks.

It's my birthday!!! Nothing to exciting, I'm usually soooo excited, but I guess as you get older, it all starts feeling the same anyway! lol. my 21st bday will be fun, but before and after that...all down hill.haha. Tonight i'm going to the casino! hopefully i'll win big! Then Jen and i will stay in nyc for an extra 2 days!...possibly. but I will be drinking a cosmo for Jen tonight, i will miss her :-( I wish she turned 19 on march 7th too, then we could both be in Canada together!..and no Jen, not the magazine! :-) Lea sent me a bday greeting this morning, it was soo funny i think i almost peed my pants, usually there not that funny, but this one was. i wish i knew the website of it casue i would put the link on here. I'm addicted to E!...not E s in Esctasy..E! as in the channel. :-)

Let me just start off by saying...Thank FUCKING god it's Friday! This week did go by pretty fast, but Friday's are always nice. Monday and Tuesday being off is always a plus. Here's what is going on...(if anyone caresm, I jsut need to kill some time right now).

[x] 4:00-Pickin up Jen, going to get our nails done! Well, I'm just getting a manicure, I need one so bad, my cuticles are horrible!

[x] 8:00-Joe's, I'm taking care of him casue he's getting his other tattoo today, and playing with the doggies and ferrets, of course.

SURPRISE. can't really say much, only thing I can say is that I'm getting my industrial pierced.

Woke up at 6am today and went to the gym! I just got my ass up, ate cereal, worked out, came home ate eggs and a bagel, slept for 2 hours, got ready for school, went to English and now I'm sitting here waiting till Math so i can get the test over with then to Buff state.

I had some time before anatomy lab where im about to skin a cat so I decided to update because this weekend was nothing but an adventerous BLAST. So Friday we were sapossed to go see Agent ME but I kinda thought we werent gonna beable to go cause Jen's car wasnt ready and my car was still in the shop, so Jen calls me and goes "I rented a car"....I'm like "what the shit." lol So we ended up getting a 2004 toyota corolla (sp?), it was sooo cute!! I absolutely loved it! So the way to Fredonia was LOONNGG but the way back wasnt as bad. The show was great, and Jim looked so good..yeah step 1 is down....only 11 more to go..But then Saturday jen and i went some Valentines day shoppin, got balloons, and shit. I made a two layer cake with pink frosting and the writing says "Be Mine" in white with a heart....toooo cuuuttee. So I'm picking up Jen at 6 and were going to my house to grab the cake and stuff...then to Joe's house to decorate...it should be fun. We're gonna get something to eat also. Alittle stressful, but I enjoy doing stuff like this!! saturday night my mom cooked this dinner thing and the food she made was horrible!! She tried a new recipe and it sucked!! It was so bad tasting, so i didnt even eat. Joe and I went to the pet store (the big one in lockport with the alligators and anacondas!!) it was alittle scary. Then we went to RoadHouse..i got the BLT salad....it was seriously sooooooo good!!! It was aboslutely HUGE, and only 8 bucks, good stuff. Joe got steak LIKE ALWAYS!! Then we went to wegmans, then back to his house...that was my weekend.

In school. This weekend was fun, better then i expected it to be, and since i have until 2:30 I think I'll give a real update.

Friday most of my classes were surprisingly cancelled so I got home around 12 and just layed around, watching t.v. and eating! Joe called and we decided we wanted to go see "Hide and Seek." So I was online talking to Jennie and i ended up working something out, and Jennie and Dave came along with us. It was fun, and Jen got to meet Joe, so i was happy! The movie was over-rated. I'll stick to my saying of; "If the previews are scary, the movie sucks." There needs to be someone who just comes up with an original horrifying movie, I understand that there arent many ideas left...but come on. Find out the things that terrify people..ie. Ghosts, weird things happening, gorry, blood, sneaky. It seems that directors start off with a great idea...and by the end just make a wrong turn. The things that scare me are ghosts. period. So anyway after the movie Joe and I drove around talking for like an hour! It was fun though, then we decided to watch a movie at his house. So we watched Meet the Fockers, My jeans were bothering me so i changed into his clothes...something about mens comfy clothes on my body, just makes me wanna.....O..R...G....A...nic. ha Jen! Yeah so we just layed on his king sized bed, nothing happend, dont get to excited viewers! Then around 1 he dropped me off, just a hug goodbye. Then Saturday I woke up, and just layed around the house, Joe came and got me at 7 and we went to a pet store, omg...they had the cutest dogs there...I wanted this little white fluffy one, Joe wants another snake...I hate snakes...but maybe i can overcome my fear of them...doubtful. Then we went to blockbuster..and once again ended up at his house cause theres nothing to do in this damn city. I played with the doggies, i love them so much! We ordered subs and watched American Pie 2, layed on his bed with dogs..they're so fucking cute, they were cuddling with me....i love them so much. Then i got one smooch goodbye!! We're moving up in the chain now!lol. I like it slow...ok so yeah, that was my weekend....it wasnt that exxciting, but i do still have two hours...soI wrote a full entry.

Went to grandmas for dinner which was so good, except my aunt was trying to dress up the dog in a shirt or something..i'm like "just leave the dog alone."! So after that Alesha and Ryan picked me up and we went to go play some pool with Joe and then we went to see white noise (again!). But I picked up some stuff the second time that i didnt that first time, so it wasnt that bad....but some idiot was in the teater talking on HIS CELL PHONE LIKE HE WAS AT HIS HOUSE WATCHING A MOVIE!!! Everyone was getting pissed and then he FINALLY got off! It was almost funny because I'm thinking to myself "am I on MTV boiling points right now...this can not be real." and Alesha's famous words "...are you fucking kidding me?." ha. So then we went to Colosso..

Then Jen came and got me at like 2am...had to go and get some eggs for the motha, but Jen wouldnt come in with me!!! so we drove passed Matt's house, talked about my dilema..which really wasnt a dilema, but seemed like one at the time. 2*6 really isnt that bad! haha..something new i guess.

...but the lip ring, tattoos....a swiffer!!!!!! ...some candles, condo....livin large Jen!haha

haha-I just woke up. Yesterday I worked the overnight with Summer and it wasnt bad, it was actually a lot of fun. Katie and Jen stopped by, got me some Dunkin DOnuts Fruit coolada and some McDonalds, it hit the spot....but it definitely went against the 2 hour workout I did yesterday. So I found out some pretty interesting stuff out about Tom...and Jason yesterday, Poor things! I'm going to the gym..bye

Yeah so I screwed my journal up, you'll get over it. Urghh, I'm freaking tired. I had a nice long talk with Jen last night, cleared a lot up on both our parts and it was just nice, made me feel good, her too. Good crys and good times. So didnt get to bed till around 5am and i got up at 1, and went straight to the gym. I needed to let some stress out so I worked out for two hours then I talked with Christine for alittle before I left, good seeing her, but already from what she said, some dramas going down at the dairy in the summer!! I'll just gonna be sitting back and watching.

Tonight I have to work the overnight, which I don't mind to much but I'm kind of tired today so I might take a nap before I go in. EVERYONE COME VISIT!!!

yeah it is 4:30 am and yeah it is my thrid entry of the day...yey for me! I'm trying to finish this CD that i started yesterday and I know if I go to sleep i wont wake up until 5 mins before my class at the gym, and I really need a lot of entertainment at the gym because my attention span and my interests start to decrease. So I figure I mine as well finish it now. I just gotta download a few more songs.

So Jen and I had a one of a kind conversation today..touching, and it really meant a lot. Made me feel a lot happier, and gave me some hope..to what I don't know, but it feels good feeling good. Then when I got home I attempted to talk to my mom..went better then I thought, but the real test is if she listens and acts the same tomorrow!..we'll see.

So I'm excited to see Agent Me again!..and of course..Jim!!! which I WILL talk to this time....

****TGIF! Only have one more class today and then I'm done!!! And we have Monday off so it's even better. Hopefully gonna have some fun with the girls! Goin to pick up Jen after school then Nicks coming over..hehehe! Then after that my moms orderin a pizza..then Jen is picking me up and were off to a concert..should be fun!! Even though i don't know the words..but I don't really care! It's kinda nice not driving...not that i drive her around everywhere but i drive to school everyday and back and it's just nice!! plus my blinker is getting fixed by tims cousin..hes gotta like take the whole dashboard out and such!!

We left NF at 12:30am on Thursday night and everyone was pretty excited to get to Myrtle Beach. I slept most of the night (Chrissy was my bus buddy), we all woke up around 6-7 am. We stopped at Cracker barrels for breakfast, everything was real southern, and really good. Everyone in the south is sooo nice, I guess its that southern hospitality! We stopped like a thousand times on the way and we didnt get to our hotel until 8:00 Thursday night. We checked in and got ready to go to Anthonys, they closed there restaurant for us! The guy was from nf and the food was really good. Our room was pretty cool too, there was a kitchen in it! We slept pretty good that night, the next day we went for breakfast and got ready for the concert band and jazz band. I thought we did pretty good. THat night we went to this barefoot landing place and there was a lot of pretty little shops. I bought a cute ring and a ankle braclet. We went across this one boardwalk and there was a sign that said "Warning Alligators and wild-life may bite"....as soon as everyone read that sign...we were OUT! we like ran across. That night we all went on the beach and went swimming, we did basket tosses in the water. That night we made mac and cheese and s'mores in our room and everyone was like crammed in there..it was so much fun! Then the next day we played football on the beach, and barried Phil in the sand! we won a lot of the awards. The attic was also a lot of fun. Sunday we got all of our stuff together and went to broadway at the beach, it was fun. Then we went home.... but the fun didnt even start until that night...HAHAH!

so yeah a lot of shit has been going down lately..and I must say-I've been having the greatest time with my friends so nothing has really been affecting me! So last Saturday we went to Casey, Dana, and Max's concert it was really good...but we almost didnt make it because Nick almost killed us!lol-I'm still TRYING to laugh about it now-but I cant-lol. So then we all (Jen Murph, Jennie, Me, Casey, Brandon, Nick, Justin, Dana, and Max) all went to Applebees..it was really croweded so we tried Perkins, Honeys, and Red Lobster but all were busy and couldnt seat 10 people that fast. We were all gonna go bowling after dinner so we just decided to eat at the bowling alley. We HAD SOOO MUCH fun! lol. Jennie bowled really good, I sucked! After that we went to Nick's house and played DDR and shit then I went home and had to work at 6 am the next day..it sucked.
So anyway last night (Friday 3-6-04) Me, Lea, Corrie, and Maren went to Tulley's it was really busy but on the way there we were blasting some nasty old music in my car and this hot guy was looking at us like we were crazy-lol. Corrie and I had the garden burger because it was good friday, it was actually good! Well today is my family party and tomorrow is my bday!!!!!!!!!!!!

D'Youville

Havent updated in a while! Feels kinda nice. Yesterday my mom, Tim, and I went to D'Youville for some Financial Aid Luncheon/Tour thing and it started at 10:30, and as narotic as my mother is (I really <3 her) she was afraid the roads would of been bad so we left at like 9 and was at D'Youville by like 9:25 and we had an hour before it started. so we parked in the parking lot and we walked into one of the buildings, I think it was the administration bldg. because it was really old and there was a chapel in side. We went in and NO one was evern there, so we decided to give ourselves alittle tour..haha. So we were just walking around-going into some classrooms and stuff, it was fun. But the school was originally built in 1908 and it was an all girls school, so there was like these OLD ass pictures and lets just put it this way, Kaitlin's not going to be sleep walking into that buildings at night..lol. D'Youville is a small school and you do have to walk to get to another building but its only a street a way, like its different from like Buff state or UB becuase theres no actual "campus" like the school is divided by a street, its weird!! We got some good Financial Aid stuff, and were turning in our things this week becase the last day to turn things in is March 15 or something, and the later you wait, the less you get! But theres like tons of scholorshipd that D'Youville gives and theres that TAP grant. Anyway, the only bummer about the school is that the dorm is seriously the size of my room, and thats including two beds, a micro, fridge, a two closests, and a desk. NO SPACE! lol. But I could def. get used to it besides theres FREE LAUNDRY!!!!! you dont get that everywhere!!hehe. My crew can come from whereever they are and I'll do there laundry for them! Yeah, so the classrooms only hold like 15 pple. max and thats right up my alley! I'm gonna get going now!!
